Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, validate, optimize, and maintain UiPath RPA workflows for complex business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Apply the RE Framework, UiPath development guidelines, code review practices, and company standards to build scalable and maintainable workflows.
- Create technical documentation covering process designs, workflows, implementation guides, automation logic, troubleshooting, and error handling.
- Integrate UiPath solutions with ERP systems, APIs, databases, web services, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and AI/ML modules.
- Monitor automation performance, generate reports and dashboards, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain release pipelines for data science teams, automate build and deployment procedures, and schedule and validate production deployments.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, senior developers, Release Management, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5–8 years of experience working with UiPath, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot.
- 5–8 years of experience implementing UiPath and Power Automate solutions.
- 5–8 years of experience implementing the RE Framework for large-scale, complex automation projects.
- 5–8 years of experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- 5–8 years of experience implementing integration services, complex automation projects, and APIs.
- Preferred UiRPA Certification and UiPath Power Automate Certification.
- Experience with additional automation tools or technologies such as Power Automate is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python and AI/ML is considered a desirable skill.
- Skills include object-oriented programming, Microsoft Office macros, version control, Microsoft Excel VBA, JIRA ticketing, ServiceNow incident management, SQL query writing, web APIs, LINQ, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Visio.
