Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SAP SD order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit, returns, and refund processes.
- Support end-to-end SAP implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.
- Use AI copilots and AI-assisted tools for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Incorporate prebuilt AI features into SD workflows, including exception detection, order classification, prioritization, and issue summarization.
- Ensure solutions follow SDLC practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs and collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams.
- Create reusable templates, test packs, and AI-assisted best practices for O2C delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- Strong SAP Sales and Distribution expertise and understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures.
- Experience with SAP SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross-module dependencies.
- Knowledge of customer, material, pricing, and credit master data, IDocs, outputs, and SAP SD troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing or analysis tools.
- Ability to integrate prebuilt AI capabilities into SD process flows without developing custom LLMs or agentic systems.
- Understanding of responsible AI usage and limitations in commercial workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- SAP SD Certification, S/4HANA Sales, SAP Fiori apps, EDI/IDoc integrations, CPI or Boomi middleware, CRM systems, and automation testing tools are preferred.
