Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for ServiceNow platforms, products, and engagements.
- Define solutions addressing performance, capability, and scalability requirements.
- Lead development and implementation of architectural frameworks.
- Make decisions for the team and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication and delivery among cross-functional teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Expertise in ServiceNow integration architecture, the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow Service Bridge Solutions Architect, and custom catalogs.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
