Responsibilities
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting software applications.
- Onboard applications to DevOps tools and configure them according to client requirements.
- Create user access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting that connects software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide support to internal and external customers using DevOps tools and platforms.
- Resolve tool-related tickets within specified turnaround times and follow escalation procedures.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Mandatory DevOps skills.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Ability to work across operations, development, and testing functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide customer-focused technical resolution.
