Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance scalable full-stack enterprise applications.
- Build and integrate frontend and backend components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust solutions efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on system integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies including Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases and cloud-native application development.
