Base Salary
$320k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for security telemetry.
- Build and optimize ML-powered detection systems.
- Architect solutions for storing and querying large volumes of security data.
- Create rapid prototypes for new security tooling and analytics.
- Develop systems leveraging ML models to enhance detection capabilities.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth.
- Participate in on-call shifts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering focused on security and data pipelines.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining security platforms.
- Strong understanding of data processing pipelines and large-scale logging systems.
- Experience with test-driven development and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Ability to write maintainable and secure code in Python.
- Experience translating security requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to lead technical projects with minimal guidance.
- Outstanding communication skills across organizational levels.
