Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead functional alignment between the USSF baseline metadata package and customer operational processes.
- Validate data architecture, object models, user security matrices, and portal access structures in the target RCO environment.
- Guide declarative and programmatic Salesforce configuration while preserving upstream package dependencies.
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms to support data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct code reviews, follow development best practices, and collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, developers, administrators, and QA testers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and recommend Salesforce and development-process enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce architecture or consulting experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience working in DoD or federal Salesforce environments, including IL4/IL5 GovCloud.
- US citizenship is required.
- Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.
- A TS/SCI with Poly is highly preferred.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is strongly preferred.
