Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, highly performant, real-time applications.
- Own feature development and work directly with product and engineering teams.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Promote best practices across development, QA, and infrastructure/operations functions.
- Advocate for platform innovation and reuse.
- Deliver high-quality software in a timely manner and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building large-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
- Strong command of Java or C++.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and real-time programming.
- Experience with distributed caching and SQL or NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Experience with big data and cloud services such as AWS or GCP is a plus.
- Experience in the advertising domain is a plus.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, accountability, ownership, critical-thinking, decision-making, collaboration, and results orientation.
- AI growth mindset and AI literacy.
