Responsibilities
- Build and optimize distributed storage systems for improved data reliability and performance.
- Own control-plane services with significant customer impact and reliability requirements.
- Develop and maintain data abstraction services for high-throughput workloads.
- Implement caching strategies using technologies like Redis and Memcached.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data access.
- Drive innovation in storage architecture by addressing scalability challenges.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in designing and maintaining scalable, distributed data infrastructure.
- Proficiency in GoLang or Java, with expertise in multi-threading and distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of NoSQL databases like Cassandra and distributed caching systems.
- Experience in building high-scale data storage systems focused on reliability and performance.
- Expertise in workflow/orchestration engines and modeling stateful workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
