Base Salary
$180k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of firmware for wearable devices.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers, product managers, and software teams.
- Continuously innovate and improve product features and performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex firmware issues.
- Contribute to strategic decisions related to firmware architecture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of firmware development experience in wearable or consumer electronics.
- Proficient in C/C++ with a deep understanding of microcontroller architectures.
- Experience integrating and optimizing wearable sensors like accelerometers and heart rate sensors.
- Strong background in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and wireless communication protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in power optimization for battery-operated devices.
- Comfortable working in an agile development environment with strong collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
