Base Salary

$140k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead technical and process discovery with supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT stakeholders.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and address technical objections using customer-relevant scenarios.
Own solution designs covering modules, data needs, integrations, scope, and delivery phases.
Develop sequenced implementation plans and statements of work, including effort, dependencies, and risks.
Support proposals and commercial documents by validating that commitments are technically deliverable.
Lead solution workshops, guide software configuration, and remain accountable through customer go-live.
Coordinate handoffs and deliverables across Product, Data, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Create reusable solution designs, discovery frameworks, scoping templates, and integration patterns.

At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager delivering enterprise software implementations.
Experience owning solution designs from pre-sales through implementation and go-live, including tailored demonstrations and technical sales discussions.
Background in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management, ideally in a regulated industry with compliance and traceability needs.
Hands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software, with familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and system interoperability.
Proficiency with Figma or FigJam and project tracking tools such as Linear or Jira.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical delivery and building reusable implementation materials is valuable.
