Responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain the AI agent platform for creating, managing, and operating agents at scale.
- Develop evaluation, testing, and observability capabilities that improve agent quality.
- Translate evaluation results into improvements for model selection, prompt adjustments, conversational flows, and agent configuration.
- Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to convert concrete needs into solutions and measurable metrics.
- Stay current with generative AI and AI agent trends, models, and best practices.
Requirements
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience using and integrating LLMs and APIs such as Anthropic, GPT, Gemini, or DeepSeek.
- Proficiency in backend development languages including Go, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development practices such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, or TDD.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and with developing AI platforms or agents.
