Responsibilities
- Understand internal team processes to identify opportunities for optimization and AI-powered tool creation.
- Design and build backend and frontend software integrated with APIs, databases, and existing systems.
- Create and evolve large-language-model and AI-agent tools through workflow design, tool integration, and result evaluation.
- Deploy solutions to production while ensuring quality, security, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Optimize software testing and deployment processes using continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Validate solutions with user teams, measure time reductions, and scale successful initiatives into transversal tools.
Requirements
- Practical experience developing solutions with large language models and AI agents.
- Production software development experience using backend languages such as Python, Go, or Java, or frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Knowledge of system design, REST APIs, SQL, and data repositories such as BigQuery.
- University education in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of vector databases, data pipelines, and evaluation and monitoring systems for AI solutions.
