Base Salary

$105k - $231k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration promotion across multiple environments.
  • Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure resources, including compute, networking, storage, and IAM configurations, in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments.
  • Maintain traceable configuration baselines aligned with NIST SP 800-128 and support auditable deployments.
  • Coordinate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates, regression testing, impact analysis, and rollback procedures.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities, including automated failover, backup and restore, and DR testing.
  • Monitor performance, capacity, and availability; configure automated remediation workflows to meet uptime SLAs.
  • Use Terraform and related infrastructure-as-code practices for provisioning, configuration management, and environment replication.
  • Enforce FIPS 140-3 encryption requirements and coordinate key management and certificate lifecycle activities with cybersecurity engineers.
  • Manage environment refreshes, data masking, sandbox provisioning, operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, and ATO documentation.
  • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, infrastructure automation, and technical debt remediation.
  • Define platform standards, best practices, and technical direction across workstreams and Agile Release Trains.
  • Lead and mentor engineering and functional team members and represent technical strategy to program leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with additional experience permitted in place of the degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering, DevOps engineering, or enterprise systems administration.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or comparable FedRAMP-authorized cloud platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Proficiency with Python and/or Bash for automation, deployment orchestration, and monitoring.
  • Understanding of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP control baselines.
  • Experience with configuration baselining, change control, and release management across multi-environment enterprise deployments.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Preferred qualifications include 11+ years of cloud platform or DevOps experience, OCI or Oracle SaaS deployment experience, Oracle Cloud certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience, NIST SP 800-128 familiarity, DR/BC implementation experience, Kubernetes and Docker knowledge, federal ATO/RMF experience, and OIC experience.
