Base Salary
$69k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS, Android, or cross-platform mobile applications.
- Write production code, debug issues, and optimize mobile application performance.
- Implement scalable mobile architectures and reusable components.
- Integrate AI and generative AI capabilities into mobile experiences.
- Build agentic workflows involving tool usage, context handling, and multi-step task execution.
- Work with OpenAI, Claude, and similar LLM platforms to deliver practical use cases.
- Collaborate with backend, UX, and data engineers on seamless end-to-end features.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
- Maintain engineering standards for code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Senior-level hands-on engineering experience building and shipping production code.
- Strong experience with native iOS using Swift, native Android using Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter, with understanding of native internals.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modularization.
- Experience with API integration, offline-first design, caching, and performance tuning.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms such as Claude.
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agentic frameworks.
- Exposure to agent orchestration, tool calling, and context management.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.
- Valid U.S. work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship.
