Responsibilities
- Develop robust solutions across Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Lead technical design sessions and manage the delivery of integrations and custom extensions.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Create technical documentation, including solution design and best practice guidelines.
- Support Quote-to-Cash processes and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-on experience with SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and related revenue operations processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
