Responsibilities
- Test end-to-end supply chain workflows covering distribution centre inbound and outbound processing, inventory movement, and store replenishment.
- Validate integrations between EWM/WMS, TMS, ERP, merchandising, and POS systems.
- Contribute to performance, scalability, and resilience testing, particularly for peak trading periods.
- Build, support, and enhance test automation frameworks while applying appropriate manual testing approaches.
- Manage complex test data, identify operational risks, and log and manage defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with delivery squads, developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to improve quality.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse, distribution centre, inventory, fulfilment, or transport operations.
- Deep experience testing SAP Supply Chain systems, including WMS/EWM and/or TMS, or related systems such as Manhattan or Blue Yonder.
- Experience validating complex system integrations and end-to-end operational scenarios.
- Familiarity with supply chain modules including EWM, WM, MM, and SD.
- Ability to design and develop automated test scripts and manage complex test data.
- Strong analytical, communication, attention-to-detail, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes distribution centre or warehouse operations, core warehouse flows, transport and logistics processes, performance or load testing, Tricentis TOSCA, Jira, and device or hardware testing.
