Base Salary
$117k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered fix tools and agent skills that generate, validate, and repair accessible code across Aura and LWC.
- Build and expand evaluation datasets and reviewer sets to measure correctness by WCAG criterion.
- Encode WCAG success criteria and Salesforce standards into agent knowledge and remediation workflows.
- Build component-identification and rendered accessibility-tree verification capabilities.
- Develop automated coverage for complex accessibility areas such as reflow and focus management.
- Package tools into AI Suite, DX MCP, Cursor, Claude Code, Vibes, and other developer workflows.
- Remediate Sa11y test failures and use findings to improve the tools.
- Drive adoption through developer experience improvements, telemetry, and metrics.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping software.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript and modern web development.
- Familiarity with at least one component framework such as LWC, Aura, React, or Vue.
- A quality-focused approach using tests, metrics, and evaluation to validate software behavior.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: hands-on experience building AI or LLM-assisted agents, tools, MCP integrations, prompts, or evaluations.
- Preferred: working knowledge of WCAG 2.2, ARIA, screen readers, keyboard navigation, focus management, and color contrast.
- Preferred: familiarity with LWC, Aura, Base Components, Jest, Selenium, or functional testing.
- Preferred: experience with developer-tooling adoption, telemetry, or metrics-driven product work.

- The position has a base salary range of $117,200–$176,700 annually, or $141,200–$194,200 annually in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas; compensation figures are excluded from benefit classification.
