Base Salary
$255k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build GenAI systems that utilize LLMs for dependable clinical tools.
- Collaborate with ML and infrastructure engineers to optimize GenAI workflows.
- Write high-quality, modular code that is resilient and adaptable.
- Make major architectural decisions regarding workflow and data flow.
- Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks and conduct A/B tests.
- Rapidly prototype with new models and techniques.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building production-grade systems.
- 1-2+ years focused on GenAI or LLM-powered products.
- Deep fluency with LLM APIs and orchestration patterns.
- Experience with retrieval systems and agentic workflows.
- Strong Python fundamentals and experience with async programming.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in development.
