Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and UX to translate evolving and ambiguous product goals into concrete, well-scoped engineering plans.
- Own end-to-end delivery of new capabilities and infrastructure improvements.
- Make high-volume, high-quality code and design contributions.
- Provide technical leadership and raise the technical bar across the team.
- Collaborate with Flow engineering teams across model and media serving, web frontend, and mobile.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience with backend, artificial intelligence, and generative AI agents.
- At least 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
