Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Conversion API and Targeting Connector integrations for advertising partners.
  • Develop and evolve Lambda-based REST APIs for audience creation, segmentation, estimation, and distribution.
  • Maintain server-side event pipelines routing purchase and engagement data to advertising conversion endpoints.
  • Implement deletion, opt-out, and compliance-related data feeds aligned with GDPR and CCPA.
  • Deliver Angular frontend features using NgRx, RxJS, and TypeScript for channels, distribution flows, dashboards, and client-facing capabilities.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL-backed data models, SQL queries, indexing strategies, and Sequelize ORM workflows.
  • Contribute to infrastructure and delivery improvements using AWS, Terraform, Serverless Framework, Jenkins, Docker, Git, and GitHub Actions.
  • Support production-quality engineering across backend, frontend, data, infrastructure, reliability, privacy, and performance priorities.

Requirements

  • Senior-level full stack engineering experience with ownership of technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Strong Node.js experience with serverless Lambda APIs, asynchronous patterns, REST API design, and third-party API integrations.
  • Working experience with Python 3.x and the ability to review, debug, or support ETL scripts, AWS Glue jobs, or related data workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL, and Cognito.
  • Strong PostgreSQL data modeling, performant SQL, indexing, and Sequelize ORM experience.
  • Production frontend experience with Angular, TypeScript, NgRx, and RxJS, including backend API and distributed data workflow integration.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch, including query design, aggregations, and performance considerations.
  • Experience with infrastructure and CI/CD tools including Terraform, Serverless Framework, Docker, Jenkins, Git, and GitHub Actions.
  • Understanding of AWS cost management, resource efficiency, and basic FinOps principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with product, QA, data engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders with clear technical communication, accountability, and ownership.
  • Preferred experience with AWS Secrets Manager, SSM, Cypress, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Spark, Puppet, Apache httpd, SPA routing, security header management, ETL, ML pipelines, ad tech, marketing technology, audience management, customer analytics, privacy workflows, or high-volume event pipelines.
