Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business processes and application requirements.
- Administer and configure WebSphere Application Server and Portal environments.
- Troubleshoot complex application performance and availability issues.
- Support application deployment, integration techniques, and middleware components.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements, facilitate knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in WebSphere Application Server and Portal Administration.
- Proficiency in WebSphere Application Server and Portal Administration.
- Experience with Jakarta EE or Java Enterprise Edition is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application server architecture and deployment processes.
- Experience managing and configuring enterprise portal environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application performance and availability issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware components.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
