Base Salary
$133k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business and operational challenges into practical AI opportunities and technical solutions.
- Deploy and configure AI features in ERP platforms including Workday and SAP Ariba.
- Build custom AI solutions such as intelligent agents, chatbots, and automation using generative AI and LLMs.
- Lead AI projects from concept through production while ensuring business alignment and measurable ROI.
- Develop PaaS environments, deployment pipelines, engineering processes, integrations, governance, and security capabilities.
- Assess vendor AI capabilities against custom solutions and contribute to the ERP technology roadmap.
- Provide AI literacy training, demonstrations, knowledge sharing, production support, and solution training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT or software engineering experience in corporate or industry environments.
- Proven experience deploying traditional AI, generative AI, or agentic AI solutions to production.
- At least 3 years of experience with enterprise cloud platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce in a technical or configuration capacity.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions, including machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or chatbots, to production.
- Experience with deployment pipelines, CI/CD, DevOps practices, enterprise SaaS/PaaS or IaaS environments, RESTful APIs, webhooks, data flows, OAuth, SAML, SQL, and data pipelines.
- Programming proficiency in Python and strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include Workday AI or SAP AI experience, Workday Extend, SAP BTP, workflow automation, DevOps/MLOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, AI/ML services and frameworks, HR/finance/procurement domain knowledge, and AI/ML or cloud certifications.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for access to classified information are required.
