Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable notification systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to refine hypotheses and define measurable outcomes.
- Balance rapid iteration with long-term architectural health and security.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor engineers through technical discussions and code reviews.
- Influence measurable customer and business outcomes through your work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in Go, including designing and building public APIs and distributed backend services.
- Ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives forward.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a growth mindset.
- Experience designing and operating asynchronous, event-driven, or queue-based distributed systems at scale.
- Strong product mindset with empathy for customers.
