Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for S/4HANA transformation and AMS opportunities.
- Define target architecture, application landscapes, integrations, technology roadmaps, and SAP/non-SAP solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best-practice processes.
- Lead architecture streams for greenfield implementations, brownfield conversions, selective data transitions, RISE with SAP programs, BTP adoption, and AMS transformation initiatives.
- Establish transition and migration strategies and provide architecture oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage business stakeholders, facilitate discovery and solution design workshops, and present architecture roadmaps to customer leadership.
- Support RFP, RFQ, and proposal responses, including effort estimates, solution assumptions, delivery models, sizing, pricing, and resource planning.
- Lead architecture governance reviews and address security, audit, regulatory, technical-risk, and compliance requirements.
- Mentor functional consultants, technical architects, and solution leads across SAP modules.
- Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, solution frameworks, and SAP capability development.
Requirements
- 12–18 years of overall IT experience.
- 8–10 years of SAP consulting experience.
- 3–5 years in Solution Architect or Lead Architect roles.
- Experience across multiple end-to-end SAP implementations or transformation programs.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA architecture and digital transformation experience.
- Knowledge of SAP Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR/HCM, Asset Management, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience with enterprise, application, integration, data migration, security and compliance, and cloud architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- SAP Certified Associate or Professional, SAP Activate Project Manager, SAP S/4HANA, TOGAF, ITIL Foundation, or cloud certifications are preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale AMS engagements and an MBA are preferred.
