Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end SAP solution architectures, target-state architectures, application landscapes, integration models, technology roadmaps, and delivery models.
- Support RFP, RFQ, RFI, proposal, effort estimation, sizing, pricing, workforce planning, and proposal-defense activities.
- Lead discovery workshops, architecture discussions, solution design sessions, client presentations, and executive-level engagements.
- Provide architecture oversight for SAP S/4HANA implementations and conversions, selective data transitions, RISE with SAP programs, SAP Business Technology Platform adoption, AMS transformation, cloud modernization, integration, and data migration.
- Review and approve functional and technical design documents and define architecture standards, principles, reusable patterns, accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, delivery teams, account leadership, and senior business and technology stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Typically 12–18 years of overall information technology experience.
- At least 8–10 years of SAP consulting experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or in a comparable architecture leadership role.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementations or enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA architecture and digital transformation experience.
- Experience with enterprise, application, and integration architecture; technology roadmaps; solution workshops; complex solutioning; proposal development; and large-scale pursuits.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and consulting skills.
