Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Oversee configuration, customizations, integrations, releases, and deployments.
- Set platform standards supporting stability, performance, scalability, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and manage the team’s execution and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination.
- Analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning processes and their application within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience managing system configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies in cloud-based environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and sustainable solutions.
