Production Support Engineer, Senior Associate
State StreetResponsibilities
- Onboard applications into production management while maintaining high onboarding standards.
- Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems, and ensure permanent incident closure.
- Analyze historical incidents and usage patterns to predict issues and take proactive action.
- Build and drive adoption of self-healing and resiliency patterns.
- Participate in performance testing and identify bottlenecks, optimization opportunities, and capacity requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams across the software lifecycle to improve reliability and scale with minimal refactoring.
- Design automated solutions for software and product upgrades, change management, and release management.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. degree.
- Two years of experience as a production support analyst.
- Knowledge of SQL, shell scripting, Python, Ansible, and ITIL.
