Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build, test, and ship full-stack features across GovWell’s platform.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to translate customer needs into product functionality.
- Take ownership of product areas end-to-end, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and best practices.
- Use customer feedback and product data to iterate quickly on features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience in enterprise or consumer applications.
- Preference for candidates with experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Excitement about building applications with the latest AI models.
- Experience owning large product areas and features end-to-end.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on understanding customer problems.
