Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers to build high-quality software.
- Contribute to product design, testing, documentation, and demonstrations.
- Advocate for users and represent their needs in product development.
- Provide best practices, user documentation, and technical assistance.
- Use problem-solving skills to develop meaningful product features.
- Deliver results within time and resource constraints in an agile environment.
- Identify and troubleshoot product issues and limitations.
- Assess product quality and release readiness.
- Communicate with clients to identify product needs and partner with teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in software testing methodologies.
- Experience with application development languages like C#, Java, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on teams of varying sizes and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Science (GIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
