Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end configuration of solutions based on technical design documents.
- Build and maintain integrations between Amazon Connect, AWS, and external systems.
- Translate business requirements into complex logical workflows.
- Conduct rigorous unit testing and support system integration testing.
- Create detailed documentation and assist in knowledge transfer to client operations.
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in contact center implementation with a focus on CCaaS platforms.
- Proven hands-on experience configuring Amazon Connect and AWS services.
- Strong problem-solving skills to debug technical issues and troubleshoot logic conflicts.
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and data formats (JSON, XML).
