Responsibilities
- Execute feature and bug-fix testing using manual and automated techniques.
- Build frameworks and packages for end-to-end automation involving multiple products.
- Troubleshoot issues in production and staging environments with internal teams.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Work with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed.
- Test REST APIs, web applications, secure web gateways, ZTNA, SD-WAN, identity flows, and distributed-system performance where applicable.
Requirements
- Experience working as a QA professional in SaaS, IaaS, network security, or related technologies.
- Ability to create and maintain test infrastructure.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, switching, and routing.
- Ability to troubleshoot web applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure analytically.
- Ability to write clear and reproducible defect reports and test results.
- A degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, endpoint software, and Fortinet products or certifications.
- Preferred experience with Python or TypeScript and Playwright, Selenium, or pytest.
- Experience with FortiGate, FortiOS, secure web gateway or explicit-proxy deployments, ZTNA, SD-WAN, BGP, SAML SSO, SCIM, OIDC, MCP servers, developer tooling, test-data services, or distributed-system performance testing is beneficial.
- Experience with AI is a plus.

- Full-time position based in Canada with a stated annual base salary range of $83,000–$102,000.
