Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end decisioning systems that select accounts, communication channels, timing, and contact frequency.
- Develop propensity, timing, channel-response, and contactability models and the pipelines that support them.
- Monitor data inputs, model drift, recovery, cost, and reliability before issues affect the business.
- Backtest changes, evaluate them on live traffic, and benchmark new methods using portfolio and business metrics.
- Collaborate across data science, product, and operations while using evidence to guide experiments and production decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, Computer Science, Banking, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- Strong hands-on experience with machine learning, statistics, and experimentation.
- Experience with SQL databases and statistical analysis.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with unsecured personal loans and credit cards is preferred.
- Experience with big-data processing and a startup or technology background are strong pluses.
