Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions involving computer vision, Generative AI, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML solutions, including data acquisition, preprocessing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Own technical design and architecture for AI/ML solutions and features within larger engineering applications.
- Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Implement MLOps practices, including data and model version control, automated testing, and machine learning CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers on AI/ML concepts, coding practices, and modern data science tools and frameworks.
- Build, train, and validate models using advanced machine learning frameworks and statistical methods.
- Guide resolution of complex technical challenges and ensure quality through technical reviews.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 4–6 years of professional experience.
- Professional experience developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and MLOps practices.
- Experience owning technical topics and mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to implement solutions from scratch and build products across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience or knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and frameworks, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Experience with machine learning, neural network architectures, NLP, PyTorch, OpenCV or image processing, and model-based development.
- Knowledge of MLOps and machine learning lifecycle management, model validation and evaluation, and basic data annotation.
- Experience with Python, data modeling and design, code review, and solution design.
- Strong problem-solving and English communication skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in machine learning or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus.
