Responsibilities
- Design and implement DevSecOps and Secure SDLC strategies.
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead security automation and technology governance initiatives.
- Design secure cloud and hybrid architectures.
- Implement Zero Trust and Cloud Security Governance practices.
- Perform risk analysis, threat modeling, and security assessments.
- Manage vulnerability remediation programs.
- Define security standards for infrastructure, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Implement API security strategies using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Participate in IAM, secrets management, and privileged access projects.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams on scalable and secure solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with DevSecOps, application security, cloud security, cloud governance, vulnerability management, API security, Kubernetes, container platforms, network security, IAM, and enterprise security architecture.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Qualys, Dynatrace Security, F5, Citrix ADC, Fortigate, ProxySG, MuleSoft, Active Directory, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and SQL Server.
- Strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, technology risk management, executive stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or FinTech is preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks is desirable.
- Experience leading enterprise DevSecOps transformation initiatives is desirable.
- Cloud, security, or DevSecOps certifications are considered a plus.
