Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Design intelligent, autonomous AI workflows utilizing multi-agent collaboration.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems for context-aware responses from large language models.
- Create advanced prompting and memory management techniques for complex workflows.
- Act as a technical solutions expert for AI-driven architectures.
- Maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making.
- Monitor and improve AI system performance for efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in product development phases from ideation to implementation.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years on the Workato platform.
- Proven experience in AI engineering focused on agent-based systems.
- Ability to design scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Knowledge of integration projects and automation technologies.
- 5+ years with integration platforms like Workato, TIBCO, or MuleSoft is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and data structures.
- 2-3 years of coding experience in Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Understanding of technology trends in app integration.
- Experience with cloud business apps like Workday or Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microservices or API-based integration architecture is a plus.
