Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end advertiser-facing experiences for campaign management, self-service, reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, and other AdTech workflows.
- Develop complex web applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop backend services and integrations with Node.js and TypeScript using APIs, MongoDB, Redis, and asynchronous workflows.
- Own features from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, rollout, and production support.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, the Retail Media business team, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to architecture and engineering practices as the Retail Media platform and organization grow.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript building complex production web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js or comparable backend technologies.
- Ability to design and integrate APIs and services and work across the frontend/backend boundary.
- Experience taking ownership of complete product features rather than a single technical layer.
- Experience with Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, marketplaces, B2B self-service platforms, cloud-native systems, or distributed systems is advantageous.
- Collaborative approach and comfort working in fast-growing product environments.
