Responsibilities

Own QA standards and processes while promoting a proactive quality mindset across the engineering team.
Participate in sprint ceremonies, audit testing workflows, and recommend improvements to testing delivery pipelines.
Create and maintain test documentation, test plans, data-driven test cases, and compliance logs.
Design, build, and maintain manual exploratory tests and automated end-to-end test suites.
Expand automated testing frameworks and support regression testing and continuous integration.
Analyze test results, investigate defects, and communicate technical findings constructively to developers.

At least 3 years of professional experience as a QA Software Engineer in fast-paced, agile product environments.
Proven experience implementing automated testing tools and building robust testing frameworks from scratch.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Playwright, and Postman is highly advantageous.
Experience creating detailed test plans and complex data-driven test cases.
Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical ability, initiative, collaboration, and attention to edge cases.

Location-specific gross monthly salary brackets are provided for South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and Portugal.
