Responsibilities
- Plan and execute migrations for voice, telephony, messaging, email, CPaaS, or contact-center communications workloads.
- Personally plan and execute at least two production cutovers involving live users or traffic.
- Read and modify integration code and work with SDKs, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Debug live call and message flows using logs and telemetry.
- Apply Azure identity, networking, event, and monitoring knowledge to communications workloads.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience.
- Deep hands-on migration experience in one or more communications domains, with depth in one area preferred over shallow coverage.
- At least two production cutovers of live communications workloads carrying real users or traffic.
- Ability to work with C, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python integration code.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
