Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for Salesforce platforms, products, or client engagements.
- Define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability requirements.
- Lead architectural discussions and align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and maintain architectural documentation.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, make key technical decisions, and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Mentor team members on technology architecture and design best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve the architecture framework.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of cloud-based CPQ experience.
- At least 4 years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
- At least 2 years of Quote to Cash CPQ implementation experience.
- At least 1 year supporting CMT clients or working in the CMT industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 12 years of work experience accepted as an alternative; an associate degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
- Expert Salesforce Technical Architecture proficiency is required.
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud expertise is recommended, while Salesforce Sales Cloud and Value Architecture & Realization experience are suggested.
- Experience with Salesforce, Apttus, or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ and hands-on design, prototyping, development, configuration, testing, and implementation activities is preferred.
- Functional knowledge of business process design and Six Sigma principles, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and a technical background are preferred.
