Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end applications using Pega Platform and PEGA Frameworks.
- Develop scalable components and reusable rules for enterprise workflows and decisioning.
- Configure and optimize PEGA Decision Hub decision strategies, predictive models, and next-best-action solutions.
- Implement secure integrations between Pega applications and internal and external systems.
- Analyze PEGA implementations, identify performance bottlenecks, and apply tuning techniques.
- Translate business requirements into PEGA design specifications in collaboration with product owners and business analysts.
- Guide peers through code reviews and technical discussions on PEGA best practices.
- Create technical documentation covering solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Support defect triage and root-cause analysis during system and user testing.
- Coordinate deployments and monitor PEGA Platform environments with infrastructure and operations teams.
- Propose improvements to PEGA usage, development processes, and automation.
- Explain solution behavior and customer or advisor impacts to stakeholders in Asset and Wealth Management contexts.
- Stay current with PEGA features and relevant industry trends.
Requirements
- Requires 6–12 years of experience; the qualifications section specifically describes 10–12 years of hands-on Pega experience with complex enterprise applications.
- Deep hands-on expertise with PEGA Frameworks and Pega Platform.
- Strong expertise in PEGA Decision Hub, including decision strategies, predictive models, and next-best-action solutions.
- Understanding of Asset and Wealth Management concepts such as portfolios, client onboarding, advisory processes, and compliance.
- Advanced performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills in PEGA environments.
- Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration management.
- Proficiency in integration patterns and security practices for PEGA applications.
- Familiarity with iterative development, testing, and deployment practices.
- PEGA Certified Lead System Architect or PEGA Certified Senior System Architect certification is preferred.
