Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, configuration, optimization, and support of SmartStream TLM reconciliation solutions.
- Oversee the full reconciliation lifecycle, including data ingestion, validation, matching, exceptions, break investigation, ageing, workflow, reporting, and controls.
- Review TLM configurations, source-data mappings, match rules, exception workflows, dashboards, and control processes.
- Guide exact, tolerance-based, one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many match-rule design and optimization.
- Oversee TLM WebConnect and TLM View dashboards and design standard and custom processes in TLM Control Process Designer.
- Use TLM backend tables and data structures to investigate issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Review Oracle SQL/PL/SQL solutions and Unix/Linux shell scripts for performance, batch processing, monitoring, error handling, and recovery.
- Lead TLM, Oracle, and technical analysts; allocate work and manage plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Conduct design, configuration, code, peer, testing, and production-validation reviews while mentoring team members.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, product owners, testing, production support, infrastructure, and release-management teams.
- Oversee GitHub, Lightspeed, UrbanCode, or equivalent source-control, CI/CD, and release-management tools.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, controls, and risk-reporting requirements.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience, including at least three years in systems analysis and application programming.
- At least three years of experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- At least three years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience, including analytical queries, stored procedures, packages, bulk-data processing, query tuning, and execution-plan analysis.
- At least three years of Unix/Linux shell scripting experience involving batch processing, file handling, scheduling, monitoring, logging, error handling, and recovery.
- Strong hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM, end-to-end reconciliation configuration, and cash, stock, securities, or position reconciliations.
- Experience designing, configuring, testing, and optimizing TLM match rules across applicable matching types.
- Experience with TLM WebConnect, TLM View, and TLM Control Process Designer, including custom control-process development.
- Strong knowledge of TLM backend tables, data structures, and end-to-end data tracing.
- Proven ability to lead developers and analysts, manage delivery, conduct reviews, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, risk-reporting, deadline-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with GitHub, Lightspeed, UrbanCode, or equivalent CI/CD and release-management tools.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques and methods.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes HDFS, Databricks, Starburst, Kafka, Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Python, Angular, or React.

- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00–$141,500.00.
