Base Salary
$77k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, enhance, install, and support application systems and programs.
- Use script tools and interpret code to identify necessary system enhancements.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues and perform testing and debugging.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
- Identify problems, evaluate information, and implement solutions with limited direct supervision.
- Assess risk, support regulatory compliance, and escalate or report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an applications development role.
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changing requirements.

- Base salary range of $76,560.00–$106,840.00 per year.
