Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the architectural vision for enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, FSM, and CSM.
- Produce solution designs covering technical specifications, data models, integration strategies, and security considerations.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and user stories for development teams.
- Evaluate ServiceNow features and products and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Establish platform governance policies, development standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, maintainability, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Guide platform upgrades, technical debt management, data migration, and long-term platform health.
- Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and present solution options.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
- Estimate project effort and define scope for ServiceNow projects.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and technical consultants across onshore and offshore teams.
- Conduct technical reviews and promote ServiceNow best practices and design patterns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience on enterprise-level implementations.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Deep knowledge of FSM capabilities including Work Orders, Scheduling, Dispatch, and Mobile capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of CSM capabilities including Cases, Accounts, Contacts, Service Portals, and Omni-Channel.
- Strong knowledge of platform governance, upgrades, security, performance tuning, and instance cloning strategies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Ability to create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and design artifacts.
- Experience leading client workshops and translating requirements into user stories.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Master Architect, and CIS certifications in ITSM, CSM, and FSM are preferred.
