Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases and scenarios for functional, API, and data validation.
Execute manual and automated tests, including regression, smoke, performance, and data-accuracy testing.
Create, maintain, debug, and update automated test scripts with support from senior automation engineers.
Identify, document, prioritize, and retest defects using JIRA while collaborating with developers on resolution.
Integrate automated tests into sprint delivery and continuous integration pipelines and identify additional automation opportunities.
Participate in shift-left activities, Agile ceremonies, requirements clarification, and communication of test progress and risks.
Maintain test cases, execution results, defect reports, test evidence, quality metrics, and Requirement Traceability Matrices.
Apply GxP testing standards where applicable and provide feedback to improve QA processes and practices.
Use AI tools to improve efficiency when creating test scripts.

Experience with Playwright and TypeScript is required.
Experience designing and executing manual and automated tests for functional, API, and data validation is required.
Ability to use automation tools, create automated test scripts, and assist with debugging failed scripts.
Ability to identify, document, prioritize, and retest defects using JIRA.
Understanding of risk-based testing, regression testing, smoke testing, continuous integration, and shift-left testing.
Ability to participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and automation engineers.
Ability to maintain test documentation, test evidence, quality reports, and requirements traceability.
Knowledge of GxP guidelines and QA best practices is relevant to the role.
