Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery for partner engagements by building production-grade integrations.
- Run pilots that prove value quickly through creative, short-timeline projects.
- Embed with partner engineering teams as the day-to-day technical point of contact.
- Compound learnings across engagements by bringing insights back to the platform and research teams.
- Bridge research and production by adapting novel interpretability methods for partner environments.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with production experience in Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Ability to work across research and engineering boundaries to ship new techniques.
- Scrappiness and a willingness to persist in ambiguity with a generalist mindset.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
