Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build security-critical infrastructure for Starlink.
- Develop security features for Starlink routers, dishes, gateways, and satellites.
- Design security into factory processes and provide supporting network services.
- Maintain production systems and improve their security posture through implementation and recommendations to other teams.
- Build prototypes and identify, design, and test security improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another STEM discipline.
- Graduation in the class of 2026 or 2027.
- Experience with at least one software development language, such as Python, C++, or Golang.
- Experience designing and implementing security solutions for operating systems, distributed systems, or other enterprise-scale infrastructure.
- Preferred experience designing secure systems and contributing security improvements to complex systems.
- Preferred experience with Trusted Platform Modules and Hardware Security Modules.
- Advanced degree in a technical or engineering discipline is preferred.
- Must satisfy applicable ITAR eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
- Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
