Responsibilities
- Partner with labs to understand their challenges and develop targeted AI solutions.
- Leverage innovative thinking and engineering expertise to address critical AI challenges.
- Configure and present tailored product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Advise customers on LLM evaluation best practices and provide strategic AI guidance.
- Write code, construct specialized evaluation datasets, and build custom web applications.
- Produce technical documentation to train customers on platform usage.
- Author technical blog content and promote the product through social platforms.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to influence product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Solid technical foundation in machine learning or data analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or functional languages.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Outstanding communication abilities and analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Flexibility to visit customer locations as needed.
- Legal right to travel to the US.
- Demonstrate strong ethics and consideration for colleagues.
