Responsibilities
- Design and define technical approaches for AEM business requirements and present solutions for technical review.
- Develop and deliver enterprise AEM components, templates, workflows, integrations, content publishing, personalization, analytics, and multi-site solutions.
- Gather and translate technical and functional requirements into documented AEM solutions.
- Work hands-on with the development team on backend integrations and custom AEM features.
- Support existing implementations through enhancements, bug fixes, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and SEO debugging.
- Review code and provide technical direction to the development team during design and development.
- Design and implement tagging and data layers for analytics, targeting, and personalization scenarios.
- Configure Dispatcher, caching, replication, multi-tenant architecture, MSM, and cloud or in-house deployments.
- Research products and technologies to formulate efficient, reusable, and long-term solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and implementation partners.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions.
- At least 4 years of experience developing with AEM Touch UI, version 6.4 or higher; AEM as a Cloud Service is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and executing AEM Sites builds using editable templates, Touch UI components, React, Sightly, JSP, Java, or Angular.
- Experience with AEM components, client libraries, taxonomy, metadata management, replication, workflows, content publishing, tagging, campaigns, analytics, and targeting.
- Experience with Servlet, services, third-party integrations, server-side caching, Context Hub, Campaign, Sling Models, content fragments, and context-aware OSGi configuration.
- Experience with multi-site management, blueprinting, live copy, language copy, replication jobs, activation and deactivation events, and Dispatcher configuration.
- Experience with frontend and server-side debugging, application deployment, performance improvement, SEO, analytics, targeting, and tagging tools.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Adobe Target or DoubleClick, and Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.
- Experience with cloud hosting, CI/CD process design, Bitbucket, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with Magento or Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce integrations, or product management systems is preferred.
- AEM Developer or Adobe AEM Advanced Developer certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, customer relationship-building, ownership, accountability, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required.
