Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Node.js, React)

Responsibilities
- Write clean, reusable code using established engineering practices and design patterns
- Use and advocate for continuous delivery to release high-quality software and customer value early
- Build innovative customer experiences in collaborative, value-driven teams
- Create large-scale distributed systems from microservices
- Collaborate with designers and other teammates to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes aligned with UX specifications
- Apply technology practices and thinking to solve client problems
- Use DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software while shifting security left
- Participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment
- Assess team health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements
- Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a full-stack software developer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js and React
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code and work with object-oriented programming
- Awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches and tools
- Comfort with collaborative Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, or Kanban
- Experience with Java or Kotlin is advantageous
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker is a bonus
- Ability to advocate for technical excellence, influence others, and adapt to change
- External technology community participation through speaking, open-source contributions, blogs, or similar activities
- Ability to approach ambiguous challenges from multiple perspectives
